Bringing your dog to our daycare is beneficial for many reasons. Socialization with their own species teaches preferred behavior and releases energy that can otherwise cause dogs to be disruptive at home. The indoor facility allows dogs to be able to run and play without worry of outdoor weather. It also keeps them clean so they go home the way they came!
Dogs will always have supervised play with trained staff members and will be provided with fun, dog appropriate toys to keep them active.
All of our staff members are well trained on dog behaviour and crisis control. So there is no need to worry about your little (or large) fur babies when they’re at daycare!
Our daycare areas are separated into two different play groups. Hound House is for large dogs, and Puppy Porch is for small dogs. The reasoning for this is that different sized dogs have different play styles and putting them into their appropriate playgroups avoids conflict and promotes healthy play.
Our daycares have “Potty Pads” with fake turf and a drainage system so that dogs have a designated area to relieve themselves without dirtying the play area!
Boarding
Book your dog in for a staycation at our Cabin in the Woofs! We offer boarding at a remote location in Caledon, where your pups get to stay at our beautiful resort on 65 acres with our experienced staff members. Our facility includes an indoor play area, indoor kennel room, and a large, spacious outdoor play area that is completely fenced in.
Is your dog not kennel or crate-trained? No problem! Here at Dogdays Daycare, we offer a “Companion Boarding” option. Companion boarding is a 24/7 cage-free option that allows your pup to sleep in house with a staff member.
Also, transport to this location is FREE! All dogs must be dropped off, and picked up at Dogdays Daycare, where they will be transported to and from our resort! Because it is a remote location, we do not allow on-site visits for the safety of our staff and dogs. However, we are happy to send you videos and photos during your pups stay!
Grooming
Dogdays has two talented, experienced groomers who are able to groom your dog(s) by either breed-standardized cuts or just your personal preference!
Some grooming services include: bath and brush, bath and tidy, full groom, nail trimming, pawdicure (trim and grind), anal gland expression, dog-safe fur-dye, and teeth brushing.
Make it a spaw day! Daycare is only an additional $10 with your groom!
Additional Services
private walks/outdoor break
Dogdays is able to provide private walks or outdoor breaks for an additional charge for those high-energy dogs that need to burn off remaining energy before heading home from daycare.
Please note that although we have an indoor facility, we do have potties with fake turf for our pups in each daycare!
